Publish the generator beside the documentation

omgendoc.linux64, so the corpus can be run outside this job. It is
one file: the compiler is linked into it, not dlopened.

It finds its builtins through OPENMODELICAHOME, deduced from its own
path, so it wants to sit in an omc install's bin/. Run from anywhere
else it exits 0 and renders no graphics, which is worth knowing
before reaching for it.

Documentation: masters, playground, test reports

Six libraries are now installed and documented at master as well as at
their release, so `Modelica@master.Blocks.html` sits beside
`Modelica.Blocks.html`. Only the masters that actually installed are
passed on.

`OpenModelica`, the package the compiler defines rather than loads, is
documented alongside them: that is where OpenModelica.Scripting is.

conf.json is fetched from OpenModelicaLibraryTesting so the index can
link each library's test report, and a runnable class opens in the
playground under `playground/<build>` -- same-origin, so the frame is
cross-origin isolated along with the documentation. The symlink to the
web bundle is made on the server; the documentation wants COOP:
same-origin and COEP: credentialless in front of it.
