Changes

Build directly with CMake  (except for MSVC). (#1234)

  - Instead of using the provided top level Makefile as before, just issue
    CMake commands to build OMSimulator on jenkins PR jobs.

  - MSVC builds still use the BAT scripts. They will changed later.
